Kundalini Yoga is the “Yoga of Awareness” through your experience of the practice. It incorporates breath work, mantra (sound current), postures, mudras (hand postures), & meditation.
In this practice, students can experience physical, emotional and spiritual healing and uplifting. Kundalini yoga is a powerful tool to help relieve stress and anxiety, bringing about a sense of peace and calm into our daily lives. Every class is different and appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This class will be guided by Lana LaBonte, RYT. Please bring your own Yoga mat. We have them for rent at $2 each.
